Task driven Scrum - Agile things
Bring the team back to one or two userstories to be worked upon. Teammembers might argue that they sometime cannot work on the same story. It is then a good idea to let them pair, test or write documentation. They have to work together to get the stories done and not just the tasks. Allowing everybody working on individual task is not effective and does not help the team and therefore the end product.
